At Amelie Care, recruitment is always based on education, experience, and suitability – never on appearance. We present our candidates anonymously without personal photos. We follow the principles of ethical recruitment and treat every applicant equally and respectfully.

Criteria:

Education & Courses: Relevant education and training courses.

Work Experience: Experience in the field as well as other work experience considered.

Language Skills: Self-assessed proficiency (native, fluent, good, or basic).

Qualifications: Valid First Aid certificate / EA1 (or readiness to update it soon) and driver's license (optional).

Background Check: Valid criminal record check in English (max. 6 months old).

How to join our candidate list:

1. Application Form: Fill out the application form (Google Forms). Note: We will inform all applicants about the progress of the selection process.
2. Remote Interview: We invite applicants who meet the criteria to a remote interview, conducted in Finnish and partly in English. In the interview, we assess your motivation, attitude, and suitability.
3. Joining the List: Following a successful and approved interview, your anonymous profile will be added to our list.

Important information for job seekers:

Selection: Filling out the application form or meeting the criteria does not guarantee an interview invitation or selection to the candidate list.

Interview Execution: Interviews are always conducted remotely via Google Meet or Teams. Applicants must have the required equipment and readiness for an online interview.

Interview Invitation and Preparation: The interview invitation and link will be sent by email. Please always confirm your attendance. Please reserve a suitable time and a quiet, undisturbed space for the interview.

Placement & employment: Being accepted onto our candidate list does not guarantee employment, but it is a great step forward in your career toward working abroad. Families' interest cannot be predicted in advance, so we kindly ask for your patience.

Removing your profile: Candidates cannot move on and off the candidate list flexibly. If you choose to leave the list, you will need to restart the process from the beginning in the future (submitting a new application form and completing a new interview).
