Anonymous recruitment for job seekers
SKILLS ARE WHAT MATTER – ANONYMOUS RECRUITMENT
At Amelie Care, we focus on what's essential: your expertise and your attitude. We use anonymous recruitment to ensure equality and the highest quality of service.
What does anonymous recruitment mean?
- No name, age, or gender: In the initial stage, we evaluate only your professional skills.
- Expertise comes first: Selection is based purely on education and work experience.
- Equality: Every applicant starts on a level playing field, regardless of their background.
How the process works:
1. Apply without a CV: Please do not send emails or PDF files. Simply fill out our anonymous application form.
2. Skill assessment: We focus on degrees completed in Finland (e.g., Early Childhood Education Teacher, Practical Nurse). This ensures the reliability and comparability of qualifications for our families.
3. Remote interview: Potential candidates are invited to an interview (parts of which may be conducted in English).
4. Verification of documents: We verify degree certificates, criminal record checks, and first aid certifications during the interview stage.
5. Introduction to the family: Your name will be revealed to the family only after your professional suitability has been fully confirmed.
Why apply through us?
- Prestige: Finnish pedagogical expertise and reliability are world-renowned.
- Stability: We only recruit for homes committed to a minimum of six (6) months of employment. We do not facilitate au pair placements.
- Direct employment: You sign an employment contract directly with the family – we provide support throughout the process.
