Service Information: Description of service requirements, duration, offered salary range, and other essential information provided by the family to facilitate the recruitment process.
B. Job Seeker Data
Personal Information: Name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address.
Professional Information: Work experience, education, driver's license details, and references.
Criminal Record: Based on legislation, a criminal record extract is verified for those working with children.
Legal Obligations: Managing accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations related to the recruitment and employment industry.
Execution of the Recruitment Process: The process begins anonymously. Job seekers' identification details are disclosed to the client family only after the service-related initial fee (introduction fee) has been paid.
Finalizing Recruitment: Contact details, salary, and contract information of the families are provided to the selected job seekers to enable the completion of the recruitment process.
Retained for six (6) years in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act.
Recruitment Data: Information related to recruitment tasks that did not lead to a contract is deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
Criminal Record Extracts: Criminal record extracts are not stored in our register; they are verified and only marked as "sighted" during the process.
