3 different services for families to find the best nanny or manny for your child(ren)

AMELIE CARE places trained Finnish childcare and home care professionals in Europe anonymously and on fair terms, guaranteeing peace of mind for families and fair contracts for employees.

The AMELIE CARE recruitment process communicates fairness and guarantees families that the selection of an employee is based purely on skills, experience and attitude, not age or appearance.

Each service package first includes an anonymous recruitment. Those who perform best in this process undergo a background check of the employee: academic transcripts, criminal record, first aid training and driver's license. The family selects the employee who has performed best in the anonymous recruitment. The employment contract template is reviewed by a lawyer.

All payments include 25.5% value added tax (VAT). A binding 25% advance payment is paid through the invoicing service when the assignment agreement is made and before the nanny's employment contract is signed. The balance is due according to the agreement.

AMELIE CARE acts as a recruitment service provider. The employment relationship is established directly between the family and the employee. AMELIE CARE is not an employer and is not responsible for the employee's salary or employment benefits.


TRAINEE WORKER                           

This basic fee covers our anonymous pre-qualification and screening of a person with at least 1 year of experience or a recent graduate with good grades.

A thorough background check and a contract template reviewed by a lawyer.

The price includes initial support and guidance. This role focuses on caring for and helping children. Working days max 6-8 hours. 

1800  € 

Fixed fee, of which the advance payment is 450€. The advance payment must be paid via the invoicing service before the employment contract is signed. The remaining amount of 1350 € will be invoiced and is due immediately after the employment contract with the selected employee has been signed.

PROFESSIONAL WORKER

This standard fee covers our anonymous pre-qualification a formally trained professional (e.g. a practical nurse), a thorough background check and a contract template reviewed by a lawyer.

This role focuses on childcare and other agreed household chores. Working days max 8-10 hours.

Guarantee: We offer a one (1) month guarantee. If the placed employee resigns or the employment relationship ends for reasons beyond the employer's control within one month, we will immediately start a new search at no additional cost.

2300 € 

One month's gross salary for a nanny, fixed fee. Advance payment is 575 €. The advance payment must be paid via the invoicing service before signing the employment contract. The remaining amount of 1725 €, ​​will be invoiced and due immediately after the employment contract is signed.

ELITE WORKER

This premium fee covers a comprehensive and anonymous pre-qualification process and a tailored, specialized skills screening (e.g. special education/swimmingteacher/bilingualism). It also includes ongoing support services during the employee's placement, ensuring a long and successful employment relationship. By paying the "Elite Worker" fee, you ensure that you only have access to the most highly qualified and best-suited professionals.

Guarantee: If the placed employee resigns or their employment is terminated for reasons beyond the employer's control within three (3) months of signing the employment contract, we will immediately start a new application process at the same level without additional costs.

3000 € 

10% of the nanny's first year's gross annual salary. Advance payment of 750 €, Final payment of 2250 € will be invoiced and due immediately after the employment contract with the selected employee is signed.
