At Amelie Care, we don't select faces—we select based on expertise. Our anonymous recruitment process ensures that you choose a professional for your home based purely on qualifications and attitude. When the process is objective, the result is more sustainable for your family. We recruit trained professionals living in Finland—such as early childhood educators and practical nurses—for families across Europe. Our service package prices reflect our commitment to ethical recruitment. We act as your partner, ensuring that the search is transparent and backgrounds are thoroughly vetted—our goal is to create a solid foundation for mutual trust and a smooth everyday life for your family.


IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION

Recruitment Process: Each package includes anonymous pre-screening and a thorough background check of the top candidates (academic certificates, criminal record extract, first aid certification, and driver's license).

Responsibilities: Amelie Care acts as the recruitment service provider and consultant. The employment relationship is formed directly between the family and the employee; therefore, the family is responsible for all employer obligations and payroll. The family is responsible for drafting the employment contract. We guide families to use official employment contract templates and recommend consulting our partner, Lawclinic Oy, for legal advice or a customized contract if needed (please note that this is a separate, paid service).

Payment Terms and Service Process:

The service billing is divided into three installments:

Advance Payment (25% of the total amount): Invoiced during the assignment phase immediately after the agreement is signed. This payment is binding and non-refundable.

Presentation Fee (25% of the total amount): Invoiced when the selected candidates are presented to the family. This payment is binding and non-refundable.

Final Payment (50% of the total amount): Invoiced immediately after the family and the employee have signed the employment contract. 

The recruitment guarantee included in the service only comes into effect when the entire service amount (100%) has been paid.

VAT Exemption: Amelie Care is a VAT-exempt service (0% VAT). The prices listed are final total prices.

EU Sales: For services provided to families in other EU countries, Amelie Care utilizes a specific identifier issued by the Finnish Tax Administration. This confirms the company's VAT-exempt status in Finland, allowing for tax-free invoicing across the EU.

Payment Period: The payment term for all invoices is fourteen (14) days.





Amelie Care GOLD – 3000 €

This premium package covers a comprehensive and anonymous pre-screening process, as well as specialized skill sourcing (e.g., special education, swimming instruction, or bilingualism). The package includes a thorough background check and deep skill assessment via written assignments and interviews. The employee is a highly educated professional, perfectly suited to your family's specific needs.

As the employer, the family individually tailors the role and responsibilities for the employee. We recommend a maximum working week of 48 hours for the employee.

Guarantee: We offer a 45-day guarantee. If the placed employee resigns or the employment ends for reasons beyond the employer's control within 45 days, we will immediately start a new search at the same level without extra costs. This guarantee is valid once.

Price and Payment Terms3000 € 

The service fee is invoiced in three installments based on the progress of the recruitment process:

Commitment Fee (25%): 750 €. Invoiced upon signing the service agreement. This initiates the search and pre-screening process.

Introduction Fee (25%): 750 €. Invoiced and must be settled before the presentation of qualified candidates.

Placement Fee (50%): 1500 €. Invoiced once the employment contract is signed. 

Amelie Care SILVER – 2300 €

This standard package covers our anonymous pre-screening process and the recruitment of a formally trained professional (e.g., a practical nurse). The package includes a thorough background check and a deep assessment of skills through both written assignments and interviews.

As the employer, the family individually defines the role and the specific childcare and household tasks for the employee. We recommend a maximum shift length of 8 hours for the employee.

Guarantee: We offer a 30-day guarantee. If the placed employee resigns or the employment relationship ends for reasons beyond the employer's control within 30 days, we will immediately start a new search at the same level without extra costs. This guarantee is valid once.

Price and Payment Terms2300 € 

The service fee is invoiced in three installments based on the progress of the recruitment process:

Commitment Fee (25%): 575 €. Invoiced upon signing the service agreement. This initiates the search and pre-screening process.

Introduction Fee (25%): 575 €. Invoiced and must be settled before the presentation of qualified candidates.

Placement Fee (50%): 1150 €. Invoiced once the employment contract is signed. 

Amelie Care BRONZE -1800€

This basic package covers our anonymous pre-screening and the selection of a candidate with at least one year of experience, or a skilled professional who has recently graduated with excellent grades. The package includes a thorough background check and a skill assessment through both written assignments and interviews.

As the employer, the family defines the appropriate role and the specific tasks related to childcare and helping the family. We recommend a shift length of 6–8 hours.

Guarantee: We offer a 14-day guarantee. If the placed employee resigns or the employment relationship ends for reasons beyond the employer's control within 14 days, we will immediately start a new search at the same level without extra costs. This guarantee is valid once.

Price and Payment Terms: 1800 € The service fee is invoiced in three installments based on the progress of the recruitment process:

Commitment Fee (25%): 450 €. Invoiced upon signing the service agreement. This initiates the search and pre-screening process.

Introduction Fee (25%): 450 €. Invoiced and must be settled before the presentation of qualified candidates.

Placement Fee (50%): 900 €. Invoiced once the employment contract is signed.
