IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION

Recruitment Process: Each package includes anonymous pre-screening and a thorough background check of the top candidates (academic certificates, criminal record extract, first aid certification, and driver's license).

Responsibilities: Amelie Care acts as the recruitment service provider and consultant. The employment relationship is formed directly between the family and the employee; therefore, the family is responsible for all employer obligations and payroll. The family is responsible for drafting the employment contract. We guide families to use official employment contract templates and recommend consulting our partner, Lawclinic Oy, for legal advice or a customized contract if needed (please note that this is a separate, paid service).

Payment Terms and Service Process:

Prices include 25.5% VAT. The service billing is divided into three installments:

Advance Payment (25% of the total amount): Invoiced during the assignment phase immediately after the agreement is signed. This payment is binding and non-refundable.

Presentation Fee (25% of the total amount): Invoiced when the selected candidates are presented to the family. This payment is binding and non-refundable.

Final Payment (50% of the total amount): Invoiced immediately after the family and the employee have signed the employment contract. The final payment is subject to a fourteen (14) day payment term.

All member benefits, such as access to the member site and the recruitment guarantee, become effective only once the total amount (100%) has been paid in full.





ELITE WORKER – 3000 €

This premium fee covers a comprehensive anonymous pre-screening process and tailored screening for specialized expertise (e.g., special education, swimming instruction, or bilingualism). At the Elite level, you ensure access to the most highly trained professional best suited to your family's specific needs. The package includes a standardized EU employment contract template and priority expert support throughout the recruitment process. The job description and responsibilities are fully customized. As a responsible agency, we recommend a maximum work week of 48 hours.

Guarantee: We offer a 45-day guarantee. If the placed employee resigns or the employment relationship ends for reasons beyond the employer's control within 45 days, we will immediately start a new search at no additional cost. This guarantee is valid only once.

Price and Payment Terms3000 € (incl. VAT 25.5%). The service fee is invoiced in three installments based on the progress of the recruitment process:

Commitment Fee (25%): 750 €. Invoiced upon signing the service agreement. This initiates the search and pre-screening process.

Introduction Fee (25%): 750 €. Invoiced and must be settled before the presentation of qualified candidates.

Placement Fee (50%): 1500 €. Invoiced once the employment contract is signed. Payment term is fourteen (14) days.

PROFESSIONAL WORKER – 2300 €

This standard fee covers our anonymous pre-screening and the recruitment of a formally qualified professional (e.g., a Practical Nurse). The package includes a thorough background check, an in-depth skills assessment, and a standardized international employment contract template. This role focuses on professional childcare and agreed-upon domestic duties. As a responsible agency, we recommend a maximum workday of 8 hours.

Guarantee: We offer a 30-day guarantee. If the placed employee resigns or the employment relationship ends for reasons beyond the employer's control within 30 days, we will immediately start a new search at no additional cost. This guarantee is valid only once.

Price and Payment Terms2300 € (incl. VAT 25.5% ). The service fee is invoiced in three installments based on the progress of the recruitment process:

Commitment Fee (25%): 575 €. Invoiced upon signing the service agreement. This initiates the search and pre-screening process.

Introduction Fee (25%): 575 €. Invoiced and must be settled before the presentation of qualified candidates.

Placement Fee (50%): 1150 €. Invoiced once the employment contract is signed. Payment term is fourteen (14) days.

TRAINEE WORKER -1800€

This base fee covers our anonymous pre-screening and the selection of candidates with at least one year of experience or high-achieving recent graduates. The package includes a thorough background check and a standardized international employment contract template.

Initial support and guidance are included in the price. This role focuses on childcare and assisting the family with daily routines. As a responsible agency, we recommend a maximum workday of 6–8 hours.

Guarantee: We offer a 14-day guarantee. If the placed employee resigns or the employment relationship ends for reasons beyond the employer's control within 14 days, we will immediately start a new search at no additional cost. This guarantee is valid only once. 

Price and Payment Terms: 1800 € (incl. VAT 25.5%). The service fee is invoiced in three installments based on the progress of the recruitment process:

Commitment Fee (25%): 450 €. Invoiced immediately upon signing the service agreement between Amelie Care and the client. This payment initiates the search and pre-screening process.

Introduction Fee (25%): 450 €. Invoiced and must be settled before Amelie Care presents the qualified candidates to the client. This fee covers the presentation of candidate profiles and interview coordination.

Placement Fee (50%): 900 €. Invoiced immediately once the client and the chosen employee have signed the employment contract. The payment term is fourteen (14) days.
